- Introduction
This distance selling agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between The Tech Axe, a full-service digital agency, and the customer ("Customer"). By placing an order with The Tech Axe, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Description of Services
The Tech Axe provides a wide range of digital services to customers, including graphic design, web design, web development, app development, digital marketing, cybersecurity, and data protection. The specific services to be provided to the Customer will be as described in the order placed by the Customer.
- Order and Payment
The Customer may place an order for services by filling out the order form provided by The Tech Axe. All payments for services must be made in advance. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. If the Customer is unable to make payment on time, the order may be cancelled.
- Delivery
The Tech Axe will make every effort to deliver the services within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of the order. However, we do not guarantee that the services will be delivered on time and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
- Intellectual Property
All designs, code, and content produced by The Tech Axe are the property of The Tech Axe. The Customer may use the designs, code, and content produced by us only for the purpose for which they were created. The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the designs, code, or content without our express written permission.
- Confidentiality
The Tech Axe agrees to keep all information provided by the Customer confidential. We will not disclose any information to any third party without the Customer's express written permission.
- Warranty
The Tech Axe provides our services "as is" and does not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the use of our services. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Limitation of Liability
The Tech Axe shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our services.
- Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the Agreement. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this Agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
- Governing Law
This Distance Selling Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
By placing an order with The Tech Axe, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understand this Distance Selling Agreement and that they agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If the Customer does not agree to the terms of this Distance Selling Agreement, they should not place an order with The Tech Axe.
